For Your New Home

We’ve all had it happen to us one time or another where we will be at a restaurant with family or in a checkout line at the grocery store, and someone sheepishly approaches us saying, “You look so familiar. Where do I know you from?” Maybe you’ve even done this to someone else while thinking, “Man if I could just place that person!”

Most of the time, it’s a simple case of mistaken identity. But occasionally, we really do know that face – it’s just been so long that it takes a few double-takes and moments of uncomfortable staring to jog the old memory.

For Beth Caudill, scenarios like these play out all the time.

“That sounds cocky, but I’m not trying to be. I just have one of those faces,” Beth said with a laugh. “I’ll go to a restaurant, and they’ll look at me, look away, and then look back again. You can tell they’re mentally going through their reel.”

She added, “I decided long ago that I really should have been famous. But I’m not.”

In a way, though, she is famous. On the one hand, the name Beth Caudill – and the glowing smile she has on her face – is unmistakable for those who in an instant could pick her out of a room full of strangers. To them, she is the top Realtor® at the Make The Move Team at eXp Realty and the only listing specialist they turn to when it’s time to buy or sell a home. For those who aren’t sure if they know her, everything about her still rings a bell … and it should.

So here’s where you might know Beth from.

For starters, she’s not a newcomer to the area. Beth and her husband, Barry, have lived in Lake Cities for 22 years. They shop at the same stores, and their kids went to the same schools as yours did and even played on the same select sports teams. They attend the same events, volunteered in the same school activities, and live and breathe their community.

Beth has been a realtor for 15 years, first at Keller Williams and now at eXp Realty. But from 2001 to 2008, she juggled that career with being a co-owner of The Little Gym in Denton. Remember that place? A first of its kind in Denton at the time, The Little Gym offered a variety of classes and gymnastics, plus fun extras like parties, camps, and more for area youth. Beth was long referred to as “Miss Beth” by the kids she built nurturing relationships with, and the gym quickly filled a void for parents like Beth and Barry who had been searching for a place to keep their kids active.

“Our oldest was five at the time, and the youngest was two, and I needed a place for them to go. Denton really didn’t have anything geared toward kids at that time,” Beth said while reminiscing. “All children are treasures to me, and that place meant a lot. When people bump into me now, they do a double-take and say, ‘Don’t you remember her? That’s Miss Beth.’ It was a fantastic business to be a part of.”

Those days seem like eons ago for Beth, who continues to set a new standard for realtors everywhere. She is known as someone who follows the rules, focuses on building trusting relationships first, and always looks out for the best interests of her clients. Her team – she has five expert realtors working under her – can help you with any need, whether you’re looking to buy or sell, invest in a separate property, or look into a rental property.

And they are backed by one of the fastest growing brokerage firms in the country. eXp offers real-time listing alerts, neighborhood expertise, and rich market reports so that clients know they’re making the best investment possible.

The Make The Move Team provides value-added services such as regularly holding homebuyer seminars for people who are new to the process and just want to be educated. Beth is also doing free property tax reviews throughout May.

“We don’t want to be a realtor you know one time,” Beth said. “We want to be a realtor you know for your entire life.”

So if you didn’t know Beth Caudill before, or you figured you did but couldn’t quite remember, now you do. And if you’re looking to buy or sell a home, she’s only a phone call away.

“My approach to your real estate needs is one built on personal touches, win-win deals, and positive results,” Beth said. “To me, commitment doesn’t mean doing simply what’s necessary. It means going above and beyond, sometimes going off the beaten path – whatever it takes to open doors for you, your family, and your home.”
